Terms of Service & Spiritual Disclaimer
Nature of the Services
Sparkles & Chaos provides tarot, astrology, psychic, intuitive, spiritual, and related readings and content. These services are offered as spiritual products intended for personal reflection, insight, and exploration.
Psychic and intuitive practices inherently involve interpretation and uncertainty. No reading can guarantee that a particular event, outcome, prediction, interpretation, or circumstance will occur.
No Legal, Medical, Financial, or Professional Advice
Nothing provided through this website, including any tarot reading, astrology reading, psychic reading, live session, written interpretation, digital product, or other spiritual service, constitutes legal, medical, mental health, financial, investment, or other licensed professional advice.
Readings should not be used as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional, nor should they be treated as instructions requiring you to take or refrain from any particular action.
Interpretive Nature of Readings
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in a reading, you acknowledge that psychic, intuitive, astrological, tarot, and other spiritual practices have multiple possible points of interpretation and failure.
Sparkles & Chaos makes every reasonable effort to provide its spiritual products with care, integrity, and good faith. However, a reading remains, ultimately, a spiritual and interpretive product.
Accordingly, no reading should be understood or consumed as the total, complete, or unquestionable truth about a person, situation, relationship, event, future outcome, or course of action.
Every reading provided through this site should be understood within this context.
Personal Responsibility
Any decisions or actions you take following a reading are made at your own discretion and responsibility.
You remain responsible for evaluating information presented during a reading, exercising your own judgment, obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary, and determining what—if anything—you choose to do with the information provided.
By using the services offered through this website, you acknowledge that Sparkles & Chaos is not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, damages, consequences, or outcomes arising from your interpretation of or reliance upon a reading.
No Guarantees
Sparkles & Chaos does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timing, outcome, or future fulfillment of any reading.
A statement made during a reading should not be interpreted as a promise, warranty, factual certification, or guarantee that a particular event will or will not occur.
Acceptance of These Terms
By purchasing, booking, accessing, or participating in a reading or other spiritual product offered through this website, you confirm that you understand and accept the nature and limitations of the service described above.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase or use the services offered through this website.
