All readings and spiritual services offered through Sparkles & Chaos are personalized, time-based, and interpretive services. Because the value of the service is in the reading itself—not in whether a particular prediction, interpretation, or outcome later proves accurate—all sales are final once a reading has been provided.
No Refunds After Delivery
Once a reading has been delivered, completed, communicated, or otherwise made available to you, no refunds will be issued, including where:

you disagree with the reading or interpretation;

the reading does not resonate with you;

an anticipated or predicted event does not occur;

circumstances later change;
-
you believe some or all of the reading was inaccurate; or

you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a situation discussed during the reading.
As explained in our Terms & Conditions, tarot, astrology, psychic, intuitive, and other spiritual readings are inherently interpretive and may contain uncertainty or points of failure. Purchasing a reading does not constitute the purchase of a guaranteed prediction or guaranteed result.
Before a Reading Is Provided
If you need to cancel an order before the reading has been performed or delivered, please contact Sparkles & Chaos as soon as possible. Any cancellation or refund offered before performance of the service is at the discretion of Sparkles & Chaos, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Technical or Delivery Problems
If you paid for a reading but did not receive the purchased service due to a technical or delivery issue, please contact us so that we can correct the issue or provide the purchased reading.
A technical failure to deliver the service is different from disagreement with, dissatisfaction with, or alleged inaccuracy of a reading.
Acceptance of This Policy
By purchasing a reading or spiritual service through this website, you acknowledge and agree that once the reading has been provided, the service has been rendered and the purchase is non-refundable regardless of the perceived accuracy of the reading, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
